Manatee County deputies are conducting a death investigation where they suspect foul play.
The victim, 20-year-old Cory Iwanski, was last seen by his mother on Saturday.
His mother tried unsuccessfully to contact him for two days. On Monday, she contacted the MCSO to report him missing.
Early Tuesday morning, the victim was found deceased in a vehicle behind the shopping plaza on 53rd Avenue East in Bradenton. Deputies say that there was trauma to the body which is why they suspect foul play.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
No other information has been provided at this time.
