SARASOTA, Fla. — Sarasota Police have arrested two teenagers after a robbery and accidental shooting at an apartment complex in Sarasota.
It happened just before 5 p.m. on Signal Pointe Circle in Bellasol Apartments.
Two teens are facing charges of robbery with a firearm. Detectives do not believe the incident was random and the victim and suspects knew each other.
A 15-year-old was shot and taken to All Children's Hospital. That teen is a suspect in the case as well.
Police say additional charges could be forthcoming.
