Five unlocked cars in the Stoney Brook neighborhood in Bradenton were entered and items taken Sunday night and Monday morning.
A man heard noises in his driveway around 12:30 a.m. and chased down two young men who had been inside his vehicle. His wife called the Manatee Sheriff's Office. Deputies found and identified a total of three suspects - one of which still had stolen items from several cars in his possession.
Avery L. Walters, 18, Brandon J. Chisan, 18, and a 17-year-old from Bradenton were all arrested.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office wants to remind you to lock your vehicles and remove your valuables from view.
