MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Manatee County Sheriff's Office is searching for a mother and her infant son.
Authorities say 20-year-old Sydney Hamilton and her 9-month-old son Carlo Burroughs were last seen at Kiddy Academy Daycare in Lakewood Ranch on Wednesday.
Authorities believe Hamilton is in the north Tampa area, and could be going to Pinellas County. They say information they've received suggests that Hamilton is possibly not in the right condition to have custody of her son or to be driving.
She is driving a dark gray Chevy Equinox. No other details were immediately available.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office at 941-747-3011.
