24 hour giving challenge aims to support Sarasota County nonprofits

SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. -- The Community Foundation of Sarasota County is making it easy to support local organizations through "The Giving Challenge."

The 24 hour challenge starts at noon on Tuesday and ends at the same time on Wednesday. Donations to participating nonprofits will be match up to $100 per donor, per organization.

"We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to give, and then be sure to check out the organization during your next visit!"
