The man accused of kidnapping a 4-year-old Lakeland girl and sparking Amber Alerts across five states has been indicted on federal charges.
West Wild Hogs was arrested in Memphis after a nurse spotted his vehicle.
Police recovered the 4-year-old girl and reunited her with her family in Lakeland.
Hogs was returned to Polk County on Thursday, Oct. 13. Federal prosecutors have indicted Hogs on kidnapping charges in the case. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
