72-year-old missing & endangered in Polk County, reportedly has Parkinson's & dementia

POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A 72-year-old man who reportedly has Parkinson's disease and dementia is missing in Polk County.

Concepcion Labiera lives with his daughter and was last seen at 615 Green Dr. in Poinciana around 3:30 p.m. Monday.

When she realized he wasn't in the house, she called Polk Sheriff's Office. He has wandered away before but had always been found shortly after.

His daughter says he suffers from Parkinson's and dementia, and believes he is in Puerto Rico.

He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, khaki cargo shorts and white sneakers with no socks. He is 5'5" tall, 160 lbs. with brown eyes and grey hair. He doesn't have a cell phone or any identification on him.
