As officials were attempting to pace the vehicle, Laesser also ran red lights before pulling into an apartment complex.

When officials made contact with him, he seemed confused. He had watery and glassy eyes, smelled of an odor of an alcoholic beverage from both him and his breath.

Laesser was arrested around 3 a.m. He later bonded out with $500.

According to documents, the man had a prior DUI in 2012, 2013 and 2017.
