A seven-vehicle crash reduced eastbound traffic on Gandy Boulevard to one lane. Vehicles were being diverted at I-275, according to Pinellas Park Police Department.
Gandy Boulevard is now back open.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Gandy Boulevard and Grand Avenue, police said.
One vehicle headed west on Gandy Boulevard ran a red light and hit another vehicle.
The vehicle that ran the red light then struck and bounced off five more vehicles at the intersection.
Details on the extent of injuries weren’t immediately available.
