MISSING CHILD ALERT canceled for Pinellas Park boy, Harry Charles, 3

UPDATED STORY: 

Pinellas Park Police have located 3-year-old Harry Charles.

No charges are expected against the father Handy Charles as it relates to him being in custody of his son at this time. 

Detectives are still investigating the circumstances and the nature of the call that prompted police involvement.

ORIGINAL STORY: 

Pinellas Park Police need help looking for 3-year-old Harry Charles.

He has black hair, brown eyes, is approximately 3 feet tall, and weighs 20 pounds.  He was last seen wearing blue shorts, with a white and blue shirt.

He may be with his biological father Handy Charles, 30. He's 5' tall, 120 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, wearing a black shirt and red pants.

According to police, Handy and his wife have been separated for approximately two months and have been sharing custody of their son during this time.

Handy showed up at his son's residence and took him under circumstances that are still under investigation. 

The Pinellas Park Police have reason to believe that Handy Charles may be in possession of a handgun as well.

They could be in a 2003, Blue Honda Civic with Florida Plate: GCUF36.
