Crews rescued a man in Tarpon Springs after he slipped into a pond while riding a lawnmower, according to Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred about noon at 1350 Dartford Drive.
East Lake Fire Rescue received a report of a man in the water with a mower on top of him. According to the agency, there was no sign of the mower or the man when they arrived. A diver entered the water and found the man within four minutes.
He was taken to Trinity Medical Center. His condition wasn’t immediately available.
