A Tampa man was arrested for taking several pictures up a 21-year-old woman's skirt inside a Starbucks.

The photos were taken at the Palm Harbor Starbucks located at 3180 Tampa Road at about 1:30 p.m. on Monday, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said they responded to the Starbucks after a store employee reported that a man was taking photographs of a woman under the table.

Deputies identified the man as 48-year-old Justin Buck who was at the store when deputies arrived.

Buck admitted he took several pictures of the 21-year-old victim, looking up her skirt without her consent.

He told deputies after finding the victim visually attractive and noticing she was wearing a skirt he sat across from her at a table and took three photographs under the table.

Buck advised he looked at the first three photos and realized they were too dark, so he turned on the flash and took two more photos. That's when a store employee noticed what he was doing and called police.

Buck was arrested without incident, transported to the Pinellas County Jail and charged with one count of Video Voyeurism. He is suspected of additional similar incidents at other Starbuck locations and more charges are pending.
