Pelican Walk Plaza reopened Sunday, a day after fans gathered for a Hulk Hogan autograph signing there felt his beach shop shift and cleared the area.
Four new support beams were put in place at the plaza. Traffic has been limited to the plaza until more work can be completed.
The building on Clearwater Beach that houses his beach shop was deemed unsafe Saturday.
A crowd had gathered on a second floor balcony for the autograph session, and called 911 after feeling the building shift.
