ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A Florida man was arrested in St. Petersburg for driving under the influence for the fourth time.
Authorities say 56-year-old Elue Campbell was stopped after a crash, where he caused around $3,000 in damage. Campbell refused to do a blood alcohol content test, but authorities say the smell of alcohol was detected.
He has previously been arrested for DUI in 1981, 1983 and 1991. He also served time in state prison for dirivng without a valid drivers license.
He is being held at the Pinellas County Jail on $5,250 bond.
