PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Around 15,400 customers were without power after an equipment failure on Monday.
Duke Energy said they experienced an equipment failure at a substation in the Cross Bayou area.

Crews were on site working the incident.
Around 6:40 p.m., all customers had their power restored.
