A Largo father is facing DUI and child neglect charges after police say he drove drunk with his 5-year-old child in the car.
Thomas Souder, 32, was driving a 1998 silver Nissan when he was pulled over for speeding at an estimated 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, police said.
It happened around 11 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Seminole Boulevard and 110th Avenue.
An arrest affidavit states Souder smelled of alcohol and stumbled when he got out of the car.
His 5-year-old son was also in the car.
Police say a breath test resulted in a .2 and .199 BAC.
