Pasco Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 25-year-old man who reportedly exposed himself to two young girls in Port Richey.

Michael Irwin, 25, of Port Richey was arrested early Friday morning. He is being booked into the Land O' Lakes Detention Center.

According to deputies, a 12-year-old girl was walking to her bus stop when Irwin pulled up to her in a gold 4-door car near San Miguel Drive and San Carlos Drive in Port Richey, shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, and attempted to talk to her.

The girl told deputies she saw the Irwin's penis before he drove away as she ran away.

The mother of the child captured the vehicle on her home surveillance system.

When investigators found a similar car in Irwin's driveway, they say they confronted him and he admitted to having "a problem."

Now deputies say they're investigating a third case.

"Good! Let them arrest him and put him away!" said Loraine Walker.

Irwin lives right next door to this great grandmother.

"You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Really, you really, really ought to be ashamed of yourself," said Walker.

"Shock. I mean you know this goes on but not next door to where you live," said Sandy Walker. "There's no excuse for this whatsoever at all and I don't care what anybody says. It's sick. I'm thankful that they did get him because if they didn't, what could have happened."

Irwin is a Port Richey Utllities employees.

Deputies believe there could be more victims they don't know about yet.
