New Port Richey police are looking for a peeping Tom who was caught on surveillance camera.

Officers began investigating two loitering and prowling cases that occurred about 4:50 a.m. June 29, according to police.

One took place in the 6300 block of Grady Avenue, another in the 6500 block of Van Buren Street.

 

In both cases, the man was seeing looking into victims' homes, police said. During one of the incidents, the man was seen with one of his hands inside his pant area.

One of the victims reportedly confronted the man. During her interaction, she was able to ascertain
the man spoke with a Spanish accent.

Police said the man took off on a bicycle.

The subject then fled in an unknown direction.
