PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- The 3-year-old Holiday boy who was at the center of a missing person's alert has been found safe.
At the time of his disappearance, Jaxcen Rodriguez was believed to be with his father, 47-year-old Peter Rodriguez.
While the little boy was never really in danger, Peter did not have permission to have custody of his son, according to officials. Both were found safe.
