PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was caught on camera throwing a brick through a car window.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, the happened Wednesday after the and a woman got involved in some sort of a road rage.

The man also reached in and grabbed the woman’s neck, deputies said.
