Law enforcement officials have issued a warning about a homicide suspect who may be eluding police in the Tampa Bay area.
Eddie Murphy, 26, is wanted by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office for the charges of Homicide-Willful Kill Attempted, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Robbery Home Invasion with Firearm.
Detectives believe he could be hiding in the Dade City area within Pasco County in an attempt to elude arrest.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the location and arrest of Eddie James Murphy for this outstanding warrant. Anyone with any information regarding this fugitive and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online.
