Jesse Richard Handsaker has been located safely.
ORIGINAL STORY | Pasco County Sheriff's Office is looking for a 23-year-old diagnosed with brain development issues who was last seen wearing no clothes.
Jesse Richard Handsaker has also been diagnosed with diabetes and having the mental capacity of a 6-year-old.
He left his home at 3308 Peterborough St. by unknown means and in an unknown direction, but could possibly have headed toward the Red Apple Adult Education Center in New Port Richey.
