Police search for Dade City shooting suspect

Dade City Police Department responded to a call at 14801 12th St. on the cities north side on Friday night in reference to a shooting.  
 
Once on scene, an officer located 33-year-old Breon Davis on the ground in front of the residence. 
 
Officers found that Davis had received multiple gunshots to the lower abdomen.
 
 
Davis was then transported from the scene to a landing zone and flown to Lakeland Regional Medical Center in a unknown condition.
 
A suspect was identified by Davis prior to his removal by EMS as 28-year-old Benanthony Miller.
 
Miller is 5'10" and 200 lbs and was last seen wearing a tan t-shirt with unknown logo and tan shorts.
 
Miller fled the scene in a unknown direction in a 2003 Gold 4dr Mercury bearing Fl. Tag BHY8R, the vehicle is registered to Miller. 
 
DO NOT APPROACH Miller as he should be considered armed and dangerous.
