PORT RICHEY, Fla. — A boil water notice is in place in Port Richey, according to the police department.

Officers say the notice is due to a water main break. As a precaution, authorities recommend residents boil all consumable water for at least a one-minute rolling boil. The notice is for residents of West Side of US 19 North of Tacoma Drive, West Port Subdivision, Brown Acres East and Brown Acres West.

The notice will be rescinded when the water passes a bacteriological test. If you have any questions or concerns contact the Port Richey Police Department.
