PASCO COUNTY, Fla. --- An 80-year-old man is dead after a two-vehicle accident in Pasco County.
Florida Highway Patrol said the crash happened at 2:05 p.m. on Friday at US 301 and US 98.

A Honda CRV was leaving a Chevron Gas station at 20400 US-98. The driver, Arnold Koranda, 80, turned left and into the westbound travel lane.
He then continued a short distance and came to a stop at the intersection of US 301 and stopped. Koranda then proceeded into the intersection and into the path of another vehicle.
The second vehicle collided with the left side of Koranda and resulted in the crash.
Koranda suffered serious injuries at the scene of the crash and later died.
