A Tampa man was arrested after he reportedly broke into an enclosed backyard pool in Tarpon Springs, proceeded to skinny dip in the pool and treat himself to a beer just after 9 a.m. on Monday morning.
Police say Orlando Martin, 27, rang the doorbell of the home on Hidden Lake Drive and when no one answered, he walked around to the back of the house. Martin entered the enclosed back porch, stripped off all of his clothes and then jumped into the victim's pool.
Martin grabbed a Budweiser before he walked out of the enclosed back porch.
When police approached the suspect, he still had the beer in his hands and he also left his phone on the porch of the home.
Martin was arrested and charged with dwelling burglary and he remains in the Pinellas County Jail.
