TAMPA, Fla. — A professional tree trimmer was killed in Tampa on Sunday afternoon after he was crushed by a large branch, according to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
It happened in the backyard of a home on the 6700 block of Donald Avenue. First responders say the man was 30 feet up in the tree when he was killed by the large branch.

Fire rescue officials are still on scene using ropes and pullies to recover the man's body.
The man was wearing a hard hat and equipment belt at the time of the incident, officials say.
