TAMPA, Fla. — There is a new tour company in Tampa that combines running and sightseeing.
“I was kind of thinking about what I wanted to do next, what my passion really is, and basically it’s been running for the past 13 years and I love my city,” said Laura Bradley.

The company is called Go Running Tours, where Bradley takes individuals or groups on an educational workout.
“Just teaching locals and visitors alike all about Tampa, all about historical sights, different things they can go see, places they can eat,” said Bradley.
Troy Bravenboer recently went on his first Go Running Tour. He said the idea of huffing and puffing across town never seemed fun to him, but then he found himself running a 7K without even realizing it.

“It’s like you are mixing this activity that most people dread or I used to dread with something super interesting,” said Bravenboer.
In the back of their mind runners know, especially on those hot summer days, there is always a new sight to be seen and break to be taken around the next corner.
“You notice some body and they are slowing down a little bit, they need some water, so there are a lot of people who do embrace that break,” said Bradley.
