TAMPA, Fla. — Two chefs from Tampa are going head-to-head against Iron Chef Bobby Flay.

Xilo chefs Rosana Rivera and Ricardo Castro will be featured on the Food Network show "Beat Bobby Flay."

The episode "It Must've Been Love" was originally scheduled to air on Thursday, October 24 but has since been postponed. It's not clear why.

We do know that the couple will have to compete against each other and the winner will then compete against Chef Flay.

"There's so many opportunities to showcase Tampa and when they gave us a chance to do that that was one of my favorite things," Chef Ricardo Castro said.

Xilo is located at the Hall on Franklin. The restaurant will still be holding a party on Thursday, October 24.

"Being able to showcase our business, myself as a chef and the city of Tampa is a big deal for us and we're super proud," Chef Rosana Rivera, Castro's wife, said.
