A probation officer was arrested after police say he used a cell phone to take video under a woman's dress at a Tampa Walmart.
It happened Monday at the Walmart located at 1720 Hillsborough Ave. E. in Tampa.
Darius Brantley, 29, was reportedly captured by Walmart surveillance cameras using a phone to take video of the victim without her consent.
Brantley is accused of walking behind the victim and using his phone to take video from underneath the victim's dress twice. Upon the victim noticing the defendant's action, they looked eye to eye and Brantley walked away from the victim, TPD says.
The victim notified police after the defendant left the store. A Walmart loss prevention officer was able see the suspect get into his vehicle. He reported his license plate number, ultimately leading police to Brantley.
Brantley works for the Florida Dept. Juvenile Justice and is a probation officer, Tampa Police says.
He was arrested on two counts of video voyeurism.
