Hillsborough County deputies are searching for a suspect who shot three men outside of a convenience store in Clair-Mel on Tuesday afternoon in broad daylight.
Deputies responded to the Get-N-Go Food Mart located at 7802 Rideout Road around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and found three adult males who had been shot.
One victim was treated at the scene and the other two victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The injuries appear to be non-life-threatening, according to police.
South 78th Street was closed after the shooting to investigate but has reopened at this time.
Police do not believe that the shooting was random and are currently investigating.
