HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Environmental crews spent hours cleaning up paint on southbound I-275 Tampa.
A Gardner Asphalt Corp. truck driver spilled 15 to 20 five-gallon buckets of white paint on the inside and center lanes of I-275, just south of I-4, Wednesday afternoon, according to FHP.

FHP said the paint spilled after the buckets shifted on the driver's open flatbed trailer.
Photos provided by FHP showed that the paint was making it hard to tell where the road lines were for drivers.
Clean up took crews several hours.
FHP said motorists with damage from the spilled paint should contact the trucking company's claims coordinator John Cahill at 201-748-3059.
