RIVERVIEW, Fla. — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has shut down all southbound lanes of US 301 due to a fatal crash.
HCSO tweeted that the crash occurred near the intersection of Balm Riverview Road and US 301 before 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

At this time, it is unknown how many vehicles were involved in the crash or how many people were killed or injured.
Traffic Anchor Sarah Phinney says drivers should take southbound I-75 to get off on Gibsonton Drive and then head south on US 301.
