The City of Tampa released an informative video about the 2020 budget Thursday.
It explains how they use your tax dollars and other funds.
About 40 percent of the budget goes to a general fund that covers things like public safety and central government.
The city's second largest fund is enterprise funds, much of which goes toward wastewater and water.
