As so many found out Friday morning, the storm may impact their homes, businesses, and property, but one area forgotten: the displaced wildlife.

An ABC Action News crew stumbled on two baby raccoons in Seffner.

It appears the raccoons fell out of a tree when it came crashing down in the storm overnight.

The homeowner who found them said they look to be healthy but their mother is nowhere to be found.

“I feel like they’re out here stranded and they’re wet and they’re cold. They are babies. They don’t know anything,” said Jon-Jon Cochran.

They are currently looking for an organization and rescue group that may be able to take in the two raccoons.
