Brandon woman charged with DUI; BAC nearly 5 times legal limit

A Brandon woman has been charged with DUI for the second time in five months after blowing a .379/.380 on a sobriety test.

Mary Zoccoli crashed into the front of of another vehicle while traveling southbound on Lakewood Dr. and attempting to make a right hand turn on Thomas St. 

She reportedly had slurred speech, glassy eyes, unstable balance and was emitting a strong odor of alcohol.

In the field sobriety test, she provided a breath sample with BAC results of .379/.380, nearly five times the legal limit.

Zoccoli was previously arrested on the same charges on July 29, 2016.
