Timothy Miller, 45, of Lecanto, is accused of getting a 13-year-old girl hooked on pot and then trading the drug for sex.

Miller is now charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious battery.

According to Citrus County deputies, the teen told them it began with flirting and text message of a sexual nature.  The victim claims Miller asked her to send the sexual messages.

Miller agreed to trade the teen marijuana for those messages, deputies say.

An arrest affidavit states the relationship took place between October and late December of 2015.

According the victim, the relationship escalated when she visited Miller's Lecanto residence and they both began smoking marijuana together.  The teen claims Miller began groping her.

The teen says she was uncomfortable but enjoyed getting free marijuana.

A few weeks later, the teen says she was back at Miller's residence and they engaged in sex acts.  Miller allegedly offered the teen more marijuana if she engaged in those sex acts, deputies say.

Miller was arrested Tuesday.

He is being held on $22,000 bond.
