DUNNELLON, Fla. — A statewide silver alert was issued on Tuesday for a 76-year-old Dunnellon man.
According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Fred Nelson went missing from his home on Rutland Drive in Dunnellon on Monday, April 9 at 8:40 a.m.
It is unknown what he is wearing, but it is believed that he could be traveling in his 2017 white Honda Accord bearing Florida tag #BDLW11 with his dog. Nelson has no cell phone.
No other information has been released at this time.
