The Hernando County sheriff's reports a missing elderly man has been located safely in Tallahassee, and the Silver Alert has been cancelled.
Ben "Jack" Carroll, 83, had last been seen Wednesday morning driving away from his Brooksville home. The report says he may have claimed to be heading for Coleman, Texas.
