Donovan was located in England and was escorted back to U.S. soil (Detroit) where he was arrested on the Citrus County warrant, deputies said.

He is currently being held at the Wayne County Jail in Detroit on no bond.

According to wanted poster created by FHP, Donovan was driving a red F-150 truck on SR 55 when he ran into the back of a motorcycle.
