VP Joe Biden campaigns for Hillary Clinton in Tampa on Wednesday

With six days before Election Day, Vice President Joe Biden returned Wednesday, Nov. 2, to Florida to campaign for Hillary Clinton. 

Biden was the keynote speaker at a "Get Out The Early Vote" event at the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) in Tampa at 11:15 a.m. Click here for details. Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn introduced the vice president at the rally.

When Biden took to the lectern, he urged voters at the large gathering to vote early in an effort to secure a win for Clinton.  

"You all do your job, we all get to go to bed early Tuesday night, " Biden said smiling, referring to Election Day, Nov. 8. 

Biden and a host of Clinton surrogates, including President Obama, crisscrossed the nation Wednesday to campaign for the former Secretary of State, vying to become the first woman president of the United States.

After the Tampa event, Biden traveled to Palm Beach Gardens for a 3:45 p.m. Early Vote Event at the Palm Beach State College Amphitheater. Doors were set to open at 1:45 p.m. Click here for details.

President Obama will also travel to Florida to campaign for Hillary Clinton. On Wednesday he will arrive in Miami, stay the night and on Thursday, Nov. 3, he will participate in Hillary for America events in Jacksonville and Miami.
