Republican-turned-Democrat and former Florida Governor declared victory in Florida's 13th Congressional District on Tuesday.
He defeated Republican David Jolly.
Crist received 52 percent of the vote. Jolly received 48 percent.
Tuesday's victory is a big win for Crist. In 2010, he ran for Senate while serving as Florida's Republican governor. He changed to an independent, but still lost.
Crist then switched to a Democrat, and ran against Rick Scott in the 2014 race for governor and lost.
