The Governor has been a big defender of Trump and is chairman of the Super PAC backing him.
Here's what he told I-Team Investigator Jarrod Holbrook on Wednesday:
"I continue to support Donald. I continue to support him. Here's the way I look at it- look the revelations are disappointing. But you know what's also disappointing? Is Hillary Clinton lying about her emails alright. Getting rich off of a phony- selling access through a phony foundation. Here's the way I look at it. I think we're all tired of this election, I mean we are ready for it to be over with, tomorrow would be a good day for this election to be over with I think for all of us. But from my stand point and as everybody knows what I ran on and everybody knows I ran on jobs, I wanna have a president who's gonna focus on jobs. And I wanna have a president that's gonna focus on jobs and I wanna have a president who's gonna focus on stopping terrorism. We saw what happened with the Pulse attack this summer, I don't want that to ever happen in my state again or anywhere in my country again."
