The FBI has issued a warning after two states had their election websites hacked.
States are being warned to take precautions to make sure their sites are secured ahead of the November elections.

One of the sites were hacked with a method called SQL injection, Wired.com reported. The technique includes entering code into an entry field on a site that gives the hacker access to the site's server.
The attacks took place in June and August, according to the FBI post.
