Police are investigating an incident with 15 shooting victims at a Cincinnati, Ohio nightclub that left one person dead.
The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating a shooting at Cameo Night Club, located at 4601 Kellogg Ave.
Cincinnati Police Sgt. Eric E. Franz called the situation a “large and complicated homicide scene," according to ABC News.
"There was a shooting here this morning around one o'clock in the morning," he said. "We have 14 people that have been injured from gunfire, one of which is deceased."
CPD Capt. Kimberly Williams said police are having trouble with witness cooperation. Williams said police do not have a description of the suspect.
Williams also said there have been "multiple problems" at Cameo in the past.
The nightclub describes itself on its Facebook page as providing entertainment and excitement to the Tri-State. The Facebook page says the club is restricted to people 21 and up on Saturday nights and is open until 4 a.m. Sunday. The club, in the city's East End neighborhood, was previously called Club Cameo.
There was security at the club.
Franz said victims were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, The Christ Hospital, Bethesda North Hospital, Mercy West Hospital and Anderson Mercy Hospital.
