The National Weather Service reports that a waterspout was spotted at 2:02 p.m. between Caladesi Island and Dunedin on Friday.
Adam Ryan Kent, a manager at the Best Western hotel in downtown Dunedin, captured a video of the waterspout out in the Gulf of Mexico.
Brian Halford, a boater out in the Gulf of Mexico, also captured video of the waterspout.
