VIDEO: AZ man's touching proposal goes viral

A Valley man's heartfelt proposal aboard a hot air balloon is going viral this week.

Mikel Lemke got down on one knee hundreds of feet in the air on Sunday afternoon, but it's what he did before that's even more touching.

Mikel's now-fiance Kelli lost her father when she was in high school, so before proposing, Mikel visited Kelli's father's grave to ask for her hand.

"Any man should ask the father to marry their daughter," Mikel says.

The couple's balloon pilot captured the moment on Mikel's GoPro.

Friends encouraged the pair to post the proposal online, and as of Tuesday night it has already been viewed more than 13,000 times.
