Kristian and Kristiana were born at just 28 weeks and 1 day, weighing just over 2 pounds.
Now, less than a month later and they're inspiring millions with their vitality - and love. The twins just can't stop holding hands - "as if they were born to," wrote mom Anthea Jackson-Rushford on Facebook.

We realise it may be a tad bit disturbing seeing our twins with tubes but they are premie babies so it is understandable...
