The century old English muffin is getting much love in the Tampa Bay area today.
Local Chef Elaine Thompson of the Twisted Iron food truck is showcases her appreciation by making a English Muffin Breakfast Burger on the ABC Action News Weekend Morning Edition today, Sunday, April 23.
And Thompson offers an important tip: Never use a knife to open an English muffin.
