Tampa Bay Bucs open training camp to fans for first time this year

It's time to get excited Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans.

The Bucs open training camp today to the public for the first time this year.

The team is getting prepared for the start of the 2016 season, which kicks off in August with four preseason games, The team's season debut will be Sept. 3.

It appears many Bucs' fans can hardly wait.  Spectators packed the stands at One Buc Place for today's training camp.

The free training camp session shut down temporarily when a heavy rainstorm moved through the area about 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Practice will resume when the weather improves.

ABC Action News reporter Jake Peterson interviewed the Bucs Super Fan Big Nasty before the training camp ended Saturday morning.
